How does random drug testing work?

All of your employees will be entered into specialized software that randomly selects candidates for testing, as well as the date their test will be conducted. Lab tests will then examine the samples collected and report to the MRO (Medical Review Officer) which, if any, employees were in violation of your drug testing policy.
